We are not meant to be in pain when we move, but we have been conditioned by the fitness industry for years that "No Pain No Gain" is how you get results.
Quite simply, pain is a signal the body gives off when it is not working properly. And since we are programed for survival, the greatest motivator in life is the avoidance of pain. You see your lack of motivation and avoidance of exercise is not your fault. It is your just instinctive nature trying to avoid pain.
But, what if we change your approach; What if putting forth less effort actually creates the results you have been chasing?
Just imagine how your body would feel and what you could accomplish, if movement felt better than staying still.
In a world where sitting creates stress on our body through micro-aggressions of poor posture resulting in chronic aches and pain, and even going to the gym or working out increases the pain, it’s time to take a stand and get in-motion.
